The oil and gas recovery device in gas station needs to be tested regularly, and whether the testing device is qualified or not will lead to air leakage and other problems. If there is air leakage, oil and gas will leak. The volatilization of oil and gas into the air is very harmful to the air. Therefore, gas stations should do a good job in oil and gas recovery detection.
The whole system of the oil and gas recovery device is sealed, and there can be no air leakage. So, if there is the most air leakage, how can we find this air leakage point? Let's take a look together.
How to find the air leakage point:
1. When unloading oil, adjust the primary oil and gas recovery valve at the oil unloading port to a semi-closed state, so that a certain pressure can be formed in the oil tank (in the oil and gas recovery system). Use portable oil and gas detector to track and detect, and find the leakage point by listening, touching, smelling and "detergent+washing powder".
2. Inject nitrogen from the inspection port of the tanker, and control the pressure within 0.1Mpa. Find the leakage point in the same way as above. After finding the leak, we need to deal with it. So that the oil and gas recovery device can be used normally.
Treatment of air leakage in oil and gas recovery system:
1. If the flange connection leaks, disassemble the connecting bolt, clean the sealing surface and replace the durable gasket;
2. If the valve leaks, repair or replace the valve;
3. If the copper pipe connection in the tanker leaks, replace the sealing ring and reconnect it;
4. If it is exposed defects such as trachoma cracks in the welding pipeline, it can be removed and carried outside the station for welding maintenance. If it can't be disassembled, use metal glue and clamp to stop the leakage.
5. The rubber ring is plugged at the joint of the explosion-proof pipe at the signal line of the probe of the liquid level meter and the power line of the submersible pump, which is sealed by compression and expansion. If the middle aperture of the rubber plug is not matched with the outer diameter of the cable, the gap is too large, or the rubber is aging and loses elasticity, it cannot be tightly sealed, and oil and gas will leak through the explosion-proof pipe. Solution: Disassemble the explosion-proof pipe joint, replace the rubber plug, or inject oil-resistant sealant.
6. Weld cracks, trachoma defects, flange or thread connection in the middle of buried pipeline (this is not allowed by construction technology, because buried gasket and pipeline thread are easy to corrode), which is easy to leak after a long time. In this case, the buried pipeline can only be tested for leakage, and if it is determined that there is a leak in the buried pipeline, it can only be dug up for maintenance.
7. The vacuum pressure valve at the top of the exhaust pipe is exposed in the air 4 meters high, and it is exposed to wind, rain and sun all the year round, and the sealing surface is easy to corrode. The solution is to remove the valve body and repair or replace the vacuum pressure valve.
The oil and gas recovery system can be used normally only after the leakage point is handled well, so that oil and gas will not leak. This is also what gas stations must do well. Therefore, learning the above inspection and treatment methods can better recover oil and gas.
